General Policy
This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and issue resolution.
If you have an issue with your order, please follow these steps:
- Go to 'My Account' > 'Order History': Find the order you wish to get a refund for.
- Request Refund: Click the 'Actions' menu for the specific order and select 'Request Refund'. This is only available for orders that are not yet marked as 'Delivered' or 'Cancelled'.
- Await Seller Response: The seller will be notified of your request. They will review it and may contact you for more information.
- Seller Action: The seller will either approve the refund (which cancels the order and processes the refund) or may update the order status if the issue is resolved (e.g., by shipping the correct item).
- Admin Escalation: If you cannot resolve the issue with the seller, please contact platform support with your order ID and a description of the issue.
Valid Reasons for a Refund Request: Item not received, item is significantly not as described, item is damaged or defective.
